Tech help on both sides of the hill.
Computers, WiFi, phones and email, for homes and small offices. You get a flat price before any work starts. If it can’t be fixed, you don’t pay.
IT for small offices
Stop being your office’s IT person.
For offices of 1 to 15 people. Too small for the big IT firms, and too busy to keep doing it yourself.
- New hires ready on day one, and access shut off the day someone leaves
- Email that lands in inboxes instead of spam
- Backups that have actually been tested
- WiFi, printers and the internet company, handled
$180 an hour as you go, or one flat monthly plan from $500 once your setup is known.

1-8XX-XXX-XXXX
This popped up on my mom’s laptop. Should she call that number?
2:19 PM
Don’t call it. That’s a scam page, and nothing is actually locked.
Have her hold the power button until the laptop turns off, then turn it back on. If it offers to restore pages, say no.
It’s gone. Thank you!!
Anytime. If she ever does call one of those numbers, text me right away.
Who picks up
I’m Shane Furtado. I live in Aptos and spent ten years doing hands-on IT for two Santa Cruz County manufacturers.
Now I do it for homes and small offices around here. You get plain English, a fair price, and a short note afterward on what was wrong and what got fixed.
